Clinical Psychology

Our psychology services provide clients assistance in overcoming depression, anxiety,  post-traumatic stress, work injury, pain management, testing and assessment services and child counseling.
 
Consultations are offered at both our rooms in Bowral and in Goulburn. Separate to this, we also provide home-visit structured CBT programs, a program for children under 5 focusing on overcoming separation anxiety and a program primarily focusing on helping the elderly overcome worry and low mood. ​

Fees & Referrals

Our psychologists are able to see clients privately and under a range of programs including a GP Mental Health Care Plan, DVA, WCS, Private Health Insurance or WorkCover. This is provided that correct referrals and approval for third party payment has been obtained.

Occupational Therapy

Fees & Referrals
Our occupational therapy primarily serves the Veteran community under DVA. This includes home assessments for personal alarm systems, falls prevention assessments, pressure sore prevention, equipment to help with mobility and transfers and home modifications to the built environments such as the addition of grab rails and ramps. This helps our clients move from dependence to independence, maximizing wellbeing and quality of life. We offer home visits in the Southern Highlands and also in the Goulburn area.
 
With a D904 referral (DVA referral from GP), DVA will cover the clients full occupational therapy consultation, home modifications, and any equipment required to simplify daily tasks. Private and EPC referrals are also accepted in some circumstances and if eligible a rebate may be provided.

Exercise Physiology

Our Exercise Physiology services provide individualized in-home exercise plans to maximize falls prevention, improve fitness and assist with rehabilitation. Exercise physiology can be used to treat a variety of medical conditions such as obesity, arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, depression, asthma and cardiovascular diseases. We aim to provide clients with great health, mobility, independence, physical strength and wellbeing.

Fees & Referrals

With a D904 referral (DVA referral from GP), DVA will cover the client’s full exercise physiology consultation and exercise plan. Private and EPC referrals are also accepted in some circumstances and if eligible a rebate may be provided.
